Thank you for the opportunity to share our achievements as well as our positive impact on the community. The story of the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians is a testament to what’s possible. With resilience, perseverance, and resourcefulness, we have created community and prosperity: not only for our people but also for the citizens of the East Coachella Valley. This is something about which we are genuinely proud.

All of us are committed to preserving an enduring future for the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians on the Tribe’s native land as we provide meaningful long-term employment for Coachella Valley residents. Our family shares this overarching purpose, which we seek to uphold year after year. From the operations of our first business, the Augustine Casino, we have forged a place a s a vital employer and benefactor. We gainfully employ more than 400 team members with the Tribe’s casino, employees of the Augustine Gaming commission, and others working in Tribe endeavors, encouraging their productivity and contributions.

Above all, from integrity and unity to family, we are committed to the value and vision long revered by our ancestors. We have made substantial progress, we live and run our business modestly, as we do not believe in excess. We are honored to work on behalf of our people, the community and the region as well as all generation yet to come.
