As part of the agricultural endeavors of the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians, the form is as important as function, and various habitats will be represented alongside the farm zones, date tree zones and various supporting buildings. There will be a mountainous habitat featuring small boulders and regional chaparral plant life, a lower desert habitat featuring regional plant life, and a water-conscious oasis. These man made zones will not only serve as demonstrations of local habitats, but they will also aid in supporting the local wildlife.
